Hand sowing in sprigs in steep fairway bunkers

Labor intensive, but highly effective to stabilize quickly

On very undulating greens, it easier to just hand shake the sprigs, then crimp-in with a small machine

Sprigs are usually cut-in at least two different directions

Now we roll them in to get good seedbed contact

Keep rolling

Keeping the soil damp before crimping-in usually works well
